These Terms of Service apply to all visitors and users of the website, including customers, browsers, vendors, merchants, and contributors of content.

By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory law.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

2. HANDMADE PRODUCTS AND NATURAL WOOD CHARACTERISTICS

Wolfpack Woodworks products are handcrafted from natural wood.

Variations in grain pattern, color, texture, mineral streaks, knots, figuring, sapwood, heartwood, and other natural characteristics are expected and are part of the character of real wood.

Product photographs and renderings are representative examples. Because every piece of wood is different, the product you receive will not be identical to a product pictured online.

Colors may also appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, and device characteristics.

Natural variations and reasonable visual differences are not considered defects.

Because wood is a natural material, individual pieces may contain small knots, checks, voids, bark inclusions, mineral features, or other naturally occurring characteristics. Where appropriate, Wolfpack Woodworks may stabilize or fill these areas using a suitable wood-repair or stabilization material, including color-matched or tinted resin or epoxy, to improve durability, stability, and appearance.

Minor stabilized or filled natural features, variations in grain, color, knots, mineral streaks, and other characteristics inherent to real wood are part of the handcrafted nature of the product and are not considered defects when they do not materially affect the product’s intended use, structural integrity, or workmanship.

Wood is a natural material that responds to changes in temperature and humidity. Minor seasonal movement, changes in flatness, grain raising, checking, or changes in color may occur over time.

Appropriate use, storage, and maintenance help minimize these effects.

3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, prices, and other information are accurate.

However, typographical errors, measurement variations, or inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

Unless otherwise stated, dimensions are approximate. Handmade products may vary slightly from listed dimensions because of milling, sanding, finishing, and normal production tolerances.

We reserve the right to:

• Correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions;

• Change product descriptions, specifications, pricing, or availability;

• Limit the quantity of a product available for purchase;

• Discontinue products; and

• Cancel an order affected by materially inaccurate information.

We may make such changes without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled amount.

4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Product or material availability;

• Pricing or listing errors;

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;

• Shipping or service-area limitations;

• An inability to confirm customization details;

• A design or construction request that we determine is unsafe or impractical; or

Payment must be authorized and processed before production or fulfillment begins.

If additional information is needed to complete an order, including personalization details, measurements, material selections, or design approval, production may be delayed until we receive the required information.

5. PERSONALIZED, CUSTOM, AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many Wolfpack Woodworks products are personalized, custom-built, or made to order.

You are responsible for reviewing all information submitted with your order, including:

• Names;

• Initials;

• Dates;

• Spelling;

• Capitalization;

• Punctuation;

• Monograms;

• Engraving or inlay instructions;

• Product dimensions;

• Wood species;

• Finish selections;

• Hardware selections; and

• Shipping information.

We may reproduce personalization exactly as submitted.

Errors contained in customer-supplied information are not manufacturing defects.

Where a proof or design approval is provided, you are responsible for reviewing the complete proof before approval.

Approval authorizes us to begin production based on the approved design.

Changes requested after production begins may not be possible and may result in additional charges.

Materials already purchased or work already performed may also be nonrefundable.

Personalized, custom, and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return or exchange except where they arrive damaged, contain a verified manufacturing defect, or do not materially conform to approved order specifications.

6. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED MEASUREMENTS

For products manufactured according to customer-supplied dimensions, including washer and dryer countertops, furniture, and other custom pieces, you are solely responsible for ensuring that measurements are accurate and suitable for the intended location.

You should consider all relevant factors, including:

• Wall-to-wall dimensions;

• Appliance dimensions;

• Required clearances;

• Hoses, vents, valves, plugs, and utility connections;

• Baseboards, trim, molding, and wall irregularities;

• Door, drawer, lid, and appliance movement;

• Installation access;

• Building conditions; and

• Appropriate ventilation and appliance-manufacturer requirements.

Wolfpack Woodworks is not responsible for fit problems caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrectly interpreted customer-supplied measurements.

Unless expressly included in a product listing or written agreement, installation, site measurement, structural modification, electrical work, plumbing work, and appliance modification are not included.

7. CUSTOM DESIGN APPROVAL

Custom designs may require written approval before production begins.

Any drawing, mockup, rendering, proof, or digital model is intended to communicate the general design and may not reproduce every natural wood characteristic or minor construction detail.

Once a custom design is approved, requested changes may result in additional charges and an adjusted production schedule.

We reserve the right to make minor construction adjustments that do not materially alter the agreed appearance, dimensions, or function when reasonably necessary for durability, material availability, safety, or proper woodworking practice.

8. PRICING, TAXES, AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website and are subject to change without notice.

The price charged will generally be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping, handling, sales tax, customs duties, brokerage fees, or import charges.

You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information.

You represent that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided;

• Information submitted is accurate and complete; and

• You will pay all charges associated with your order.

Promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes may be subject to separate conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, applied retroactively, exchanged for cash, or used after their expiration date.

9. PRODUCTION TIMES

Most Wolfpack Woodworks products are handmade after an order is placed.

Production times shown on product pages or in order communications are estimates and are not guaranteed completion dates.

Production may be affected by:

• Material availability;

• Customization requirements;

• Design approval delays;

• Equipment maintenance;

• Finish curing times;

• Order volume;

• Weather;

• Illness or emergency;

• Material or supply shortages;

• Utility or telecommunications outages;

• Cyber incidents;

• Labor disputes;

• Governmental actions;

• Natural disasters; and

• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping transit time is separate from production time.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays.

A delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control does not automatically entitle an order to cancellation or refund after production has begun.

10. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible to:

An order may generally be canceled for a full refund if production has not begun and materials have not been specially purchased or prepared for that order.

After production begins, a custom, personalized, or made-to-order order may no longer be cancelable.

Where we agree to a cancellation after work has begun, we may deduct the cost of materials, design work, labor already performed, payment-processing expenses where permitted, and other nonrecoverable costs.

Changes requested after an order is placed are not guaranteed.

Approved changes may result in additional charges and a revised production schedule.

11. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Carrier delays;

• Customs processing;

• Severe weather;

• Natural disasters;

• Labor disputes;

• Material or supply shortages;

• Utility or telecommunications outages;

• Cyber incidents;

• Governmental actions;

• Service interruptions; or

• Similar events outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, risk of loss transfers as provided by applicable shipping and consumer-protection law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Additional shipping expenses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed shipment may be charged to you.

You should inspect packages promptly after delivery.

Damage, missing components, or other shipping-related concerns must be reported according to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, together with any photographs reasonably requested of the packaging and product.

Do not discard damaged packaging until a claim has been reviewed because a carrier may require it for inspection.

12. FURNITURE AND FREIGHT DELIVERY

Large furniture and oversized products may be shipped by freight carrier.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, freight delivery may be limited to curbside delivery.

The customer is responsible for moving the product from the delivery point into the home or building, unpacking it, assembling it where applicable, and disposing of packaging.

You are responsible for confirming that:

• The delivery vehicle can access the property;

• The delivery location is safe and legally accessible;

• Doorways, hallways, stairs, elevators, and other passages can accommodate the product; and

• Adequate assistance is available to move the item safely.

Additional services such as inside delivery, liftgate service, room-of-choice delivery, assembly, or white-glove delivery are included only when expressly stated in writing.

Freight damage should be noted on the delivery receipt before a shipment is accepted whenever reasonably possible.

Visible damage should be photographed immediately.

13. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-product claims, and order cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy:

Unless otherwise stated in that policy, personalized, custom, and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange because they are created specifically for the customer.

14. PRODUCT CARE AND CUSTOMER USE

You are responsible for using, cleaning, maintaining, and storing products appropriately.

Wood cutting boards, charcuterie boards, cheese slicer boards, serving pieces, and similar products generally should not be:

• Placed in a dishwasher;

• Submerged or left soaking in water;

• Exposed to excessive heat;

• Placed in a microwave or conventional oven;

• Stored while wet;

• Used as a substitute for cookware or heat-resistant trivets unless expressly designed for that purpose; or

• Cleaned with harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Cutting boards and unfinished or oil-finished wooden products may require periodic maintenance with food-grade mineral oil, board butter, or another appropriate wood-care product.

Damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, insufficient maintenance, excessive moisture or heat, unauthorized modification, installation error, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

15. FOOD-CONTACT PRODUCTS

Products described as cutting boards, charcuterie boards, cheese slicer boards, or serving boards are intended for normal household food preparation or serving when maintained according to applicable care instructions.

Customers are responsible for following appropriate food-safety practices, including cleaning products promptly, preventing cross-contamination, and replacing a food-contact product that becomes deeply cracked, excessively worn, unsanitary, or otherwise unsuitable for continued use.

Decorative products and products identified as display-only should not be used for food preparation or serving.

16. INSTALLATION AND SAFETY

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Wolfpack Woodworks does not provide installation services.

You are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for its intended application and ensuring that installation is performed safely and in accordance with applicable building codes, appliance requirements, lease restrictions, and manufacturer instructions.

Wall-mounted, elevated, heavy, or load-bearing products must be installed using appropriate hardware and secured to suitable structural support.

Wolfpack Woodworks is not responsible for injury or property damage caused by improper installation, misuse, overloading, modification, or failure to secure a product appropriately.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available through this website, including product designs, photographs, renderings, graphics, logos, text, videos, branding, layout, and original artwork, is owned by or licensed to Wolfpack Woodworks LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The purchase or delivery of a product does not transfer ownership of Wolfpack Woodworks intellectual-property rights in the product design, photographs, artwork, branding, or other protected material.

You may access and use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes only.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy or reproduce our content;

• Republish or distribute our photographs or renderings;

• Create derivative works from our original designs;

• Use our content to advertise or sell another product;

• Remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices;

• Scrape or systematically extract website content; or

• Use our content to train, develop, or improve an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system.

Wolfpack Woodworks LLC names, logos, product names, original designs, and slogans may not be used without prior written authorization.

18. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED DESIGNS AND MATERIALS

When you provide text, artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, monograms, or other materials for customization, you represent that you own those materials or possess all permissions reasonably necessary for Wolfpack Woodworks to reproduce them for your order.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Infringes another party's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;

• Is illegal, threatening, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or discriminatory;

• Misrepresents your identity or authorization; or

• Would cause Wolfpack Woodworks to violate applicable law.

We may decline any design or customization request at our discretion.

You are responsible for claims arising from materials you supply or direct us to reproduce.

Where customer-supplied content appears on a completed product, any public use of a photograph of that completed product is also subject to Section 19 below and our Privacy Policy.

We may decline to publicly display completed products incorporating third-party trademarks, copyrighted material, sensitive information, or other content when public-display rights are unclear.

19. REVIEWS, CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT, COMPLETED PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY, AND FEEDBACK

Customer-Submitted Content

If you submit, upload, post, email, or otherwise provide a product review, photograph, testimonial, suggestion, design idea, feedback, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it.

You grant Wolfpack Woodworks LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, display, and distribute submitted content for purposes including operating, improving, and promoting our business and Services.

We are not obligated to publish, maintain, compensate you for, or respond to submitted content.

We may remove or decline content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, irrelevant, or otherwise inappropriate.

You may not:

• Submit false reviews;

• Impersonate another person;

• Misrepresent your experience;

• Mislead us concerning the origin of submitted content; or

• Fail to disclose compensation or incentives where disclosure is legally required.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit.

Completed Product Photography

Wolfpack Woodworks may photograph or record products that we manufacture before shipment or delivery.

Those images or recordings may be used to display our craftsmanship and products through:

• Our website;

• Product listings;

• Portfolio materials;

• Social media;

• Pinterest;

• Google Business Profile;

• Advertising;

• Email marketing;

• Printed marketing; and

• Other promotional channels.

Because many products are personalized, photographs or recordings of completed work may display personalization incorporated into the item, including:

• First or last names;

• Family names;

• Initials;

• Monograms;

• Dates;

• Short messages;

• Artwork; or

• Other customization requested by the customer.

By placing an order for a personalized or custom product after these Terms become effective, you acknowledge and agree that Wolfpack Woodworks may photograph the completed product and may publicly display those photographs or recordings for the purposes described above, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

This permission concerns the completed product and personalization appearing on the product. It does not authorize Wolfpack Woodworks to publish unrelated customer information.

We will not intentionally include information such as:

• Shipping or billing addresses;

• Customer email addresses;

• Telephone numbers;

• Payment information;

• Order numbers;

• Packing slips; or

• Shipping labels

in promotional photographs.

If you do not want images of your completed personalized product used publicly, you may notify us before shipment or delivery by contacting:

We may also voluntarily refrain from using a completed-product image when the personalization appears unusually private, sensitive, or inappropriate for public display.

Requests concerning an image that has already been published will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may make reasonable efforts to remove an image from channels under our direct control, but we cannot guarantee removal of third-party reposts, shares, archives, search-engine caches, or other copies outside our control.

Nothing in this section authorizes Wolfpack Woodworks to use an identifiable customer's photograph, likeness, voice, or personal testimonial merely because that person purchased a product. Such uses may require separate authorization.

20. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, TOOLS, AND LINKS

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment processors, shipping providers, social-media platforms, applications, or other services.

We may also make third-party tools or features available through the Services.

We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, policies, products, practices, functionality, or content of third-party services.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform through which our products and Services are made available.

When you interact with the Services, your device may communicate with Shopify systems as necessary to provide, secure, improve, and support the Services.

Purchases made through this store are transactions between you and Wolfpack Woodworks LLC.

Shopify is not the seller or manufacturer of Wolfpack Woodworks products and is not responsible for their manufacture, quality, delivery, suitability, or use.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising directly from products purchased from Wolfpack Woodworks LLC.
