Wolfpack Woodworks LLC offers this website, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services available through it, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all other policies referenced herein.
These Terms of Service apply to all visitors and users of the website, including customers, browsers, vendors, merchants, and contributors of content. By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

2. HANDMADE PRODUCTS AND NATURAL WOOD CHARACTERISTICS
Wolfpack Woodworks products are handcrafted from natural wood. Variations in grain pattern, color, texture, mineral streaks, knots, figuring, sapwood, heartwood, and other natural characteristics are expected and are part of the character of real wood.
Product photographs and renderings are provided as representative examples. Because every piece of wood is different, the product you receive will not be identical to the product shown online.
Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen, lighting conditions, photography, and device settings. These natural or visual differences are not considered defects.
Wood is a natural material that responds to changes in temperature and humidity. Minor seasonal movement, small changes in flatness, grain raising, checking, or color changes may occur over time. Proper use, storage, and maintenance help minimize these effects.
3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, prices, and other information are accurate. However, minor typographical errors, measurement variations, or inaccuracies may occasionally occur.
Unless otherwise stated, dimensions are approximate. Handmade products may vary slightly from their listed dimensions due to milling, sanding, finishing, and normal production tolerances.
We reserve the right to:
• Correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions;
• Change product descriptions, specifications, pricing, or availability;
• Limit the quantity of a product available for purchase;
• Discontinue a product at any time; and
• Cancel an order affected by materially inaccurate information.
We may make these changes without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund for the canceled amount.
4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:
• Product or material availability;
• Pricing or listing errors;
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
• Shipping or service-area limitations;
• An inability to confirm customization details;
• A design or construction request that we determine is unsafe or impractical; or
• Conduct that violates these Terms.
Payment must be authorized and processed before production or fulfillment begins.
If we need additional information to complete your order, including personalization details, measurements, material selections, or design approval, production may be delayed until we receive the required information.
5. PERSONALIZED, CUSTOM, AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Many Wolfpack Woodworks products are personalized, custom-built, or made to order.
You are responsible for reviewing all information submitted with your order, including:
• Names;
• Initials;
• Dates;
• Spelling;
• Capitalization;
• Punctuation;
• Monograms;
• Engraving or inlay instructions;
• Product dimensions;
• Wood species;
• Finish selections;
• Hardware selections; and
• Shipping information.
We may reproduce personalization exactly as submitted. Errors in customer-supplied information are not considered manufacturing defects.
Where a proof or design approval is provided, you are responsible for reviewing the entire proof before approval. Approval authorizes us to begin production based on the approved design.
Changes requested after production begins may not be possible and may require additional charges. Material already purchased or work already completed may also be nonrefundable.
Personalized, custom, and made-to-order products are generally not returnable or exchangeable except when they arrive damaged, contain a verified manufacturing defect, or do not materially conform to the approved order specifications.

6. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED MEASUREMENTS
For products made according to customer-supplied dimensions, including washer and dryer countertops, furniture, and other custom pieces, you are solely responsible for ensuring that all measurements are accurate and appropriate for the intended space.
You should consider all relevant factors, including:
• Wall-to-wall dimensions;
• Appliance dimensions;
• Required clearances;
• Hoses, vents, valves, plugs, and utility connections;
• Baseboards, trim, molding, and wall irregularities;
• Door, drawer, and lid movement;
• Installation access;
• Building conditions; and
• Appropriate ventilation and appliance-manufacturer requirements.
Wolfpack Woodworks is not responsible for fit problems caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrectly interpreted customer-supplied measurements.
Unless expressly included in the product listing or a written agreement, installation, site measurement, structural modification, electrical work, plumbing work, and appliance modification are not included.
7. CUSTOM DESIGN APPROVAL
Custom designs may require written approval before production begins. Any drawing, mockup, rendering, proof, or digital model is intended to communicate the general design and may not reproduce every natural wood characteristic or minor construction detail.
Once a custom design is approved, changes may be subject to additional charges and an adjusted production schedule.
We reserve the right to make minor construction adjustments that do not materially alter the agreed appearance, dimensions, or function when reasonably necessary for durability, material availability, safety, or proper woodworking practice.
8. PRICING, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website and are subject to change without notice.
The price charged will generally be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping, handling, sales tax, customs duties, brokerage fees, or import charges.
You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information. You represent that:
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided;
• The information you submit is accurate and complete; and
• You will pay all charges associated with your order.
Promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes may be subject to separate conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, applied retroactively, exchanged for cash, or used after their expiration date.
9. PRODUCTION TIMES
Most Wolfpack Woodworks products are handmade after an order is placed. Production times shown on product pages or in order communications are estimates, not guaranteed completion dates.
Production may be affected by:
• Material availability;
• Customization requirements;
• Design approval delays;
• Equipment maintenance;
• Finish curing times;
• Order volume;
• Weather;
• Illness or emergency; and
• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping transit time is separate from production time.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays. A delay alone does not automatically entitle an order to cancellation or refund after production has begun.
10. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible to:

An order may generally be canceled for a full refund if production has not begun and materials have not been specially purchased or prepared for that order.
After production begins, a custom, personalized, or made-to-order order may no longer be cancelable. Where we agree to a cancellation after work has begun, we may deduct the cost of materials, design work, labor already performed, payment-processing expenses where permitted, and other nonrecoverable costs.
Changes requested after an order is placed are not guaranteed. Approved changes may result in additional charges and a revised production schedule.
11. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs processing, service interruptions, incorrect tracking updates, or other events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping expenses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed shipment may be charged to you.
You should inspect your package promptly after delivery. Damage, missing components, or other shipping-related concerns must be reported according to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, together with photographs of the packaging and product.
Do not discard damaged packaging until the claim has been reviewed, as the carrier may require it for inspection.

12. FURNITURE AND FREIGHT DELIVERY
Large furniture and oversized products may be shipped by freight carrier.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, freight delivery may be limited to curbside delivery. The customer is responsible for moving the product from the delivery point into the home or building, unpacking it, assembling it where applicable, and disposing of packaging.
You are responsible for confirming that:
• The delivery vehicle can access the property;
• The delivery location is safe and legally accessible;
• Doorways, hallways, stairs, elevators, and other passages can accommodate the product; and
• Adequate assistance is available to move the item safely.
Additional services such as inside delivery, liftgate service, room-of-choice delivery, assembly, or white-glove delivery are included only when expressly stated in writing.
Freight damage should be noted on the delivery receipt before the shipment is accepted whenever reasonably possible. Visible damage should be photographed immediately.
13. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-product claims, and order cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy:

Unless otherwise stated in that policy, personalized, custom, and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange because they are created specifically for the customer.
14. PRODUCT CARE AND CUSTOMER USE
You are responsible for using, cleaning, maintaining, and storing products appropriately.
Wood cutting boards, charcuterie boards, cheese slicer boards, serving pieces, and similar products should generally not be:
• Placed in a dishwasher;
• Submerged or left soaking in water;
• Exposed to excessive heat;
• Placed in a microwave or conventional oven;
• Stored while wet;
• Used as a replacement for cookware or heat-resistant trivets unless expressly designed for that purpose; or
• Cleaned with harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Cutting boards and unfinished or oil-finished wooden products may require periodic maintenance with food-safe mineral oil, board butter, or another appropriate wood-care product.
Damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, insufficient maintenance, exposure to excessive moisture or heat, unauthorized modification, installation error, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
15. FOOD-CONTACT PRODUCTS
Products described as cutting boards, charcuterie boards, cheese slicer boards, or serving boards are intended for normal household food preparation or serving when maintained according to the provided care instructions.
Customers are responsible for following appropriate food-safety practices, including cleaning products promptly, preventing cross-contamination, and replacing any food-contact product that becomes deeply cracked, excessively worn, unsanitary, or otherwise unsuitable for continued use.
Decorative products and products identified as display-only should not be used for food preparation or serving.
16. INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Wolfpack Woodworks does not provide installation services.
You are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for the intended application and for ensuring that installation is performed safely and in compliance with applicable building codes, appliance requirements, lease restrictions, and manufacturer instructions.
Wall-mounted, elevated, heavy, or load-bearing products must be installed using appropriate hardware and secured to suitable structural support. Wolfpack Woodworks is not responsible for injury or property damage caused by improper installation, misuse, overloading, modification, or failure to secure a product appropriately.
17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through this website, including product designs, photographs, renderings, graphics, logos, text, videos, branding, layout, and original artwork, is owned by or licensed to Wolfpack Woodworks LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access and use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes only.
Without our prior written permission, you may not:
• Copy or reproduce our content;
• Republish or distribute our photographs or renderings;
• Create derivative works from our original designs;
• Use our content to advertise or sell another product;
• Remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices;

• Is illegal, threatening, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or discriminatory;
• Misrepresents your identity or authorization; or

We may decline any design or customization request at our discretion.
You are responsible for claims arising from materials you supply or instruct us to reproduce.
19. REVIEWS, PHOTOGRAPHS, AND FEEDBACK
If you submit a product review, photograph, testimonial, suggestion, or other feedback, you represent that you have the right to provide it.
You grant Wolfpack Woodworks LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, and distribute the submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting our business.
We are not obligated to publish, maintain, compensate you for, or respond to submitted content. We may remove or decline content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, irrelevant, or otherwise inappropriate.
You may not submit false reviews, impersonate another person, misrepresent your experience, or fail to disclose compensation or incentives where disclosure is legally required.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to make our products and services available to you.
Purchases made through this store are transactions directly between you and Wolfpack Woodworks LLC. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for their manufacture, quality, delivery, suitability, or use.
To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising directly from products purchased from Wolfpack Woodworks LLC.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, product descriptions, customization approvals, and any written agreement applicable to a particular order, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wolfpack Woodworks LLC regarding your use of the website and purchase of products.
If a written custom-order agreement expressly conflicts with these Terms, the written custom-order agreement will control solely with respect to that order.
31. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

32. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

To the extent a dispute may be brought in court, you and Wolfpack Woodworks LLC consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts serving Pima County, Arizona, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
