Processing & Lead Time All items are handcrafted to order. Please allow for stated lead times in the product description for your item to be made, finished, and packed before it ships. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once it's on its way.

Large & Oversized Items Some items (like countertops) are large and may require freight shipping. If this applies to your order, we'll contact you before shipment.

Damages Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
